My initial visit was for two additional keys. There was a much range in time from the time promised and time of actual key pick up. Since the truck had to be left for key programing etc, I was without the use of my vehicle for a longer period of time. However, the staff was courteous and very supportive helping me with the keys and also helping with service issues. Also the staff resolved two recall items as well. The following statement is for my Sept. 27th visit. The staff was prompt in responding to my request and subsequent vehicle diagnosis. I have nothing but praise and gratitude to the service dept.
